Application for Space - 75% sold out!
To register fora booth, please fill out the Trade Show Application form and indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for booth space. Forms must be received by April 25, 2012 with a $100 Deposit. Full payment will be due by April 27, 2012.

We cannot guarantee your first choice, but will do our best to accommodate your request. Booth assignments will be made on a "first come-first served" basis. Last year the Hall sold-out, so be sure and send in your application as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, your cancellation must be received in writing prior to April 25, 2012. A $100 administration fee will be charged with the balance returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. NO-SHOWS WILL BE BILLED AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE.
Decorator Service
Excel Decorators, Inc. of Indianapolis will be handling the on-site arrangements for the show. Please direct all questions pertaining to booth decoration to Excel Decorators at 317-856-1300.

General Information
Door Prizes
We are asking all vendors to supply a door prize, to be displayed at their booth. The drawings will be held during the show hours, inside the exhibit area, and winners will pick up their prize at the vendor's booth.
Theme
The theme of the 2012 Spring Conference is “inspire. serve. advocate.” The Education Committee invites you to participate in this theme by incorporating one or all three of these concepts in your booth design. Attendees will be invited to vote on their favorite booth, and the winner will receive first choice on exhibit space in 2013 as well as a discounted fee.

We would also like you to consider sponsorship of one or more of the events during the conference. Many opportunities to sponsor an event are available, such as a coffee break, educational session, speakers, give-away items, and the evening reception.
